My son's dad died. He was an only child. His mother is stating he has an older and younger sibling that no one but her knew about. She also states no DNA testing has been done. I think she is saying this to try and ensure my son gets nothing out of the will or any of his super.

My son is listed in the will. No other children are listed in the will.

Do I push her for proof? Or do I just leave it?

If your son is named as a beneficiary in the will and the other "children" are not, it will only become an issue if they challenge the will.

If they challenge the will, a paternity test would be advisable.
