VIC Father Not on Birth Certificate - Get Adult Child Maintenance?

Can I get an adult child maintenance from my father if his name is not listed on my New Zealand birth certificate?

Not likely. Child support is basically void if the father isn't on the birth certificate, and adult maintenance is already an extremely rare order to have made without the complication of getting a declaration of parentage.
