I need to remove my child from the airport watch list. I was the one to place the order. What forms do I need to lodge under Family Law? I intend to do this without a lawyer.

This is considered a parenting order, so the same rules for changing parenting orders apply. You'll need the other parent's consent, or you'll need to go through the motions of filing another initiating application with the Court. It's immaterial who actually sought the order in the first instance.
