I am in the process of applying for my child's passport. We are planning a holiday overseas. The ex is cooperative and happy to sign the passport . I am concerned however because the family court orders made approximately 10 years ago stipulate that the Australian Federal Police maintain an airport watch of our child on all flights leaving any international airport in Commonwealth of Australia.
