Both centrelink & C S so mate you not on your own

Have you brought this to the courts attention? Have you made an appeal or contacted the tribunal?

I would really like to know how a judge would view this? Especially when in my case it was for a period of over one year. I was successful on my Centrelink and CSA appeal.

I have appointment with lawyer next week the i have a lawyer fighting AVO both i am lucky compared to most parents it only been 5 wks it seem like a lot longer for my little princess who has to wear the brunt of all this.cheers
