I am self representing and I made a mistake filing the application in family court. On my first directions hearing, the registrar transferred the application to Federal Circuit Court (FCC).
Now in the Commonwealth Courts portal, I see that new section has been added for FCC and apart from application for interim and final orders, nothing has been added. Should I add all the documents again? - Form 60I, affidavit affidavit of service etc?
