my case has final hearing soon FCC Vic.. I want to file an Affidavit with Annexures and supporting Application in a Case
Orders I seek are Payment of OP to pay my past legal costs for this case (I’m now self representing)
And Subpoena to produce Documents..
How can I be precise on these orders? (Correct wording) and do I need to explain on the application reasons of why I seek them?
