My daughter's ex has put her name down as a co-borrower on a car loan without her knowledge. The only way she found out was through receiving a late notice. How does she remove herself from this as he has left her, taken the vehicle and is not reliable for payment of any debt?

Perhaps you could get her to have a chat with the folks at the Financial Rights Legal Centre
(you may know them by their former name, the Consumer Credit Legal Centre).
