My ex husband has taken my 15 year old daughter to the other side of the country where I can't see her. I'm worried for her safety and furious that he has done this. I don't know what he has told her, but she seems unable to see that he should not have done this. His family who have not been a part of her life in the past are keeping her from returning to W.A. I am out of my depth as to what steps to take. The Police, a lawyer?

Hi Linda,

do you have any agreements or court orders in place regarding custody of your daughter? What has been the arrangement with her leading up to now?
