Hi, I have a VCAT order against an individual in NSW who knowingly sold me a broken item for $1800. I think this person knew they could get away with it and have ignored the VCAT order to pay me.
I have lodged the order and affidavit with the Magistrates court but I haven't been able to find out what I should do with the enforcement order. This person owns livestock and is married and owns a house. Husband works and she is on Centrelink.
What should I do and how much will it end up costing me? I have read re property seizure and Oral something but I'm not sure if this person is a serial scammer if any of it will result in me getting my money back.
I would be so ever grateful for any advice.
