Hi
does my first (probationary) contract have any legal standing after it has expired and I have completed my probation and now I am on a new full time contract. Can my employer cancel my current contract if I fulfil everything in it?

This is not how employment law works.

Contracts are often ongoing with a probationary period. When the probationary period finishes it just means they cannot sack you for no cause without repercussions.

But without reviewing contract I can't say if this is your situation.
