WA Driving under Suspension - Can I request evidence before court?

I'm wondering of possibility of requesting evidentiary material under Traffic Law from an investigating officer on or before the first court date relative to prosecution of charges for driving under suspension in a court of summary jurisdiction?

Form 11 looks like a subpoena so I would say you could use it for that purpose, depending on what the rules are in the WA Magistrates court in relation to subpoenas/summonses for the type of case you have.
