Hi I am living in NSW since last 4 and half years, I was accused of Domestic Violence before six months, I have pleaded not guilty, as I am still under medication as I was suffering from Depression then. My lawyer has been adjourning my case couple of times not exactly sure what for, Me and my wife are dwelling well and I am applying for permanent residency, so could you please let me know if this stuff will hamper my residency or not and also what could be the reasons for adjourning?
