Hi we were together 25 years, married 2001, separated 2012, domestic violence case, he chased me around Australia, catching up with me twice while on DVO FROM Darwin NT, got me to sign sale house, got me to try get charges of assault dropped. I got away from him again and my daughter reported him for child molestation from when she was 7 to 17, federal police went ahead with case and he fled overseas to avoid being arrested and charged. How do I get a divorce if even the police cannot get him? He sold our home for 547,000 and took off leaving me with nothing.

ok so the chances of chasing him down for the $$$ are not good.

Do the sole application for divorce and you're sorted.

Thanks, I let go my my share along time ago, a previous lawyer told me to wait until he is apprehended and extradited back to NT then even if he spent my share he would still owe it even if he pays by prison wages. It's been since 2 2012 and has still not been found. I just want to be divorced from him.😤😎
