is there a chance of getting a work licence in SA? I know other states do have one but can't find information about south Australia. My partner drives trucks for a living, never done anything else and got caught speeding via camera while on good behaviour with one demerit point. He will lose it within a month the fines office said.
Is it worth trying with a lawyer or not?? It will cause hardship as he would have to go onto newstart and currently pays $200 a week towards child support (private arrangement with no leeway at present)
And yes he understands the seriousness and mistake he has made but we need to look at all options.
