I have unclaimed goods left at my business. I have waited more than the required period of time, tried to contact the owner and advertised in newspapers to try to make contact. As i understand it, I am now able to sell the goods at public auction to reclaim the money I am owed for work carried out. Just wondering if ebay counts as public auction for this purpose? The next local public auction is not for some time and I may be able to auction quicker on ebay.
