SA Claiming Unclaimed Goods After Property Settlement?

Hi there,

Can I claim for unclaimed goods now that my property settlement has finalised? I had a lawyer doing this from the start but family court was finished quick and this was not looked at properly. Am I wasting my time and effort and coin to have this looked at and executed?

The Ex did not follow the unclaimed goods act guidelines and code of conduct. Just allowing other people take my property and throwing the rest in the bin.

What was said about the missing property during the family law property dispute?

I am concerned that it may be too late to do anything if the family law matter was heard AFTER the property went missing.
