TAS Customer Paid But Did Not Collect

I ran an online ad to sell a Cubby house. I was contacted and the customer and I arranged a time to view the Cubby house. She sent her daughter, who paid for the Cubby house in cash and said they would arrange collection. I have contacted the buyer via messenger several times over the past months to collect. Each time she has said she would arrange collection in the next week but has not. I have only a name of buyer and contact detail. What are my obligations regarding supplying the product?
