Can a case go ahead to a contested hearing from a mention where audio equipment failed to produce audio recording from the mention? How long before staff are alerted that equipment has malfunctioned and what is their responsibility ? Are they supposed to check also before sending out when someone has paid that recording is there? Should proceedings stop?
