Hi i live in the city of stirling shire wa
I live at the end of short no though road. I have asked the council for 8 years to put in a cudesac
(turning area) has there is no turning area they will put one there in 2019 / 2020.
People coming into my street use my three car wide driveway as a turning area. About 2 months ago someone has hit the wall on my house slight damage may be structural damage i did not see who done it. There lots of tyre marks on the driveway where cars turn around i have photos.
About 2 years ago the garbage trucks were using driveway to turn around and luckily i was at home this day the truck spread my pavers and i took photos of the damage and truck the council repaired the driveway
There insurer said that they were on liable and the driver of the vehicle was and i should take it up
with the unown driver
My question is is the council liable
