One of the witnesses listed is Father2. F2 had a previous relationship and shares a son1 with M1.
F2 and Wife1 now have more children. F2 is listed as a witness to discuss alleged sexual assault by son2 under the care of F1 of another child.
Is this considered a conflict of interest or would M1 be considered too far removed ?
