I was charged with possession and sentenced with conditional release order section 9 (1) (b) No Conviction and good behavior for 12 months. I have no priors

I am studying to be in healthcare and I have to a police check and work with children check for my placement.. will this charge come up?

I am so confused with the difference of section 10s and section 9s as I keep getting conflicting answers onli
