My mother has recently died, her will equally shares the house with her four children. The will also notes money that was loaned to her from two of the children, her savings with not repay the money's loaned. The children don't wish to sell the house and agree that the owed money's should come from rent received from the house, but also have different ideas as to how that rent should be generated.
Question is, would the child with the largest amount owed, have the deciding vote as to the use of the house?
