I have just received in the mail 14th Apr 2021, 2 documents, both Civil Judgements Enforcement orders.
The first stating :
1) No appearance of Judgement Debtor ( myself )
2) Warrant of arrest to issue upon lodgement of application against ( myself )
Dated 25th March 2021.

2nd document:
1) Adjourned to 24th June 2021

Prior to the date 25th of March 2021, I was ordered to attend means enquiry hearing in February 2021. At this time WA was placed into mandatory lockdown due to a COVID 19 outbreak. I called the Magistrates Court to enquire if proceedings were affected due to lockdown and was told that ALL court matters were suspended until further notice. I was told that a rescheduled hearing would be advised when lockdown was cancelled. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY revised hearing date, via email, mail, sms or phonecall and TODAY, receive these documents stating I am now to be arrested for not attending a hearing I knew nothing about.
What are my options?
Does document 1 indicate warrant HAS been issued, or is pending upon lodgement by Creditor? - can this action be averted?
