My husband is in arrears with his child support however has been paying it off constantly for several years at an agreed amount. CSA (the child support agency) have notified that they will be significantly increasing the amount which we cannot afford. They have sent an assessment form for him to send out. Can they forcibly sell our house if we cant pay the extra amount they want each fortnight?

No, they can't force you to sell your property to pay child support held in arrears. A parent will not be lawfully forced into financial hardship to accommodate child support.

My ex-husband's house is currently being sold by the CSA to pay his outstanding child support debt, but I'm pretty sure the court was only willing to make this order because my ex can afford to pay but chooses not to. He's not in any financial hardship.
