I was charged with common assault and attended court for the hearing. The victim did not show and the police withdrew the charges in court and the judge dismissed the case.
I was just wondering if this now means for the purpose of a criminal record check or travelling that I do not need to mention any criminal charge as I otherwise have always had a clean record.
