Hello,
I am a member of a boat shed club and we are having a few issues currently.

A member sold their shed last year, as a result of the sale, they are no longer a member of the club, the first issue is, this member is still currently a trustee of the club (one of 3 trustees) and has been ignoring phone calls and letters from the Secretary & solicitors that would have her removed and allow the new trustees to go on the deeds. What options do we have here?

Also, our Solicitor has suggested we become and incorporated association, but many members have concerns about this option for different reasons, the newest one is what would happen IF the club is every closed down, how are any profits of the association distributed back to the members ( people that currently own sheds withing the club)?

Also, even if the club did vote to become incorporated, i assume there is nothing that can be actioned without the permission of the existing trustees - one of which is not returning any calls?

Looking forward to any advice.
