I know guns or knives aren’t legal in Australia and you cannot carry them around on you when you go out.
But what about multipurpose knives like Swiss Army knife? They have other functions such as scissors, nail trimmer, a bottle opener, can opener etc...

You would need to Justify why you are carrying it..... i.e. for work.

However, you couldn't use that excuse at a nightclub. Or have a hunting knife and say that is for work.
