I have just been informed in writing by my corrections officer that I am in breach of my Conditional suspended imprisonment and Community based order and will be resentenced for the offences.

The breaches are related to missed appointments and fail to provide valid sample for drug testing. Seven breaches in total.

I also was arrested for 3 stealing offences and 4 disorderly conduct 2 of which were in the police lock up but I only received infringements. Will the judge/magistrate still find out about them?

I also have a weapons charge pending.

I was given a notice that said a summons/warrant will be issued in my name.

Am just wondering if I am likely to be held in custody if they issue a warrant instead of a summons and the likelihood of that? As well as what my chances are in getting off without a custodial sentence.

The CSIO will be dealt with in District court and CBO in Magies court.

I know its case by case and depends on mitigating factors etc. Am just looking for opinions as I am yet to be approved for legal aid.

Thank you.
