VIC Bullied by Child Protection to Put IVO on Ex?

My ex and I had a fight and I lost care of my grandson. I was manipulated into placing an Intervention Order on him to get my grandson back.

Well, I put in a statement that he put holes in my walls. I'm in commission housing and I did want to pay for it. He's not violent and he is going to court on Wed and I feel it's unfair cause I was intimidated by child protection to put it on in the fist place. I want to help him.

Credible? Do I need to show evidence on the day? I had to self rep, I didn't know what I was doing and I couldn't get legal advice or help

They stated that if I didn't get it, I wouldn't get T back, which was a total lie.
