My daughter and her ex-partner came to agreement on interim parenting orders last week (by order of the family court). My husband and I have been supervising visits between the ex-partner and their daughter for nearly two years since our daughter and ex-partner separated (they lived with us for the first year of the child's life) and the interim orders continue this arrangement.

Today was the first scheduled visit under the orders, and the mother and child did not turn up. So, the orders have been in place for 4 days and they have been breached. Does anyone have any experience with situations where orders under Family Law have been breached so quickly?

nope BUT I'd be writing the ex a letter explaining that she has breached and ask her to accept make up time....
