NSW Body corporate incurring debt

I have had body corporates incurring debt in my name for works in my units without consulting me and then making out I owe them money.
Most of it is really whacky stuff they cant even explain. I do not live at either property.

Can they incur debt in my name without my authority

Starts with Body corporate manager who bills me.
First one was tap seating in my shower where they claimed water was entering a garage below. All the time denying that the tenants showering wasn't causing a problem!!
Second one was a bill that had a due date 3 days after posting that i had no hope of paying on time.
