I declared myself bankrupted in 2013. An objection was lodged so that I remain bankrupted now for another 5 years as I had not contributed enough to the trustee.
I am looking for a fresh start and want to return to NZ. I know I need permission to do this, however I have two questions
1. Do I need to contribute from my income when living in NZ?
2. Does the Insolvency Trustee have any powers over me in NZ?
