NSW Back pay child support

Can I get back pay child support and all my legal costs back. The father of my child threatend me if I went ahead with legal proceedings of a DNA test and when I Did instruct a lawyer he deliberately lied about me and said he can't have sex and that he has a illness yet when he went to court for the DNA test he said he had sex with me, but I'm my affidavit there is proof that he wrote to my lawyer that he can't have sex due to illness and said he can't concieve children, the test has been done and yes it is his we are just waiting for a court date

Child support will collect from the time you applied for child support.
I'm not sure if a court can over-rule

Did you apply for child support before the DNA test was ordered?

And you may be able to get some costs back - check with your lawyer.
