Thanks a lot Rob and Tim, interesting stuff. What i'm getting out of it is that the potential for a conviction is very real although a lot is going to hinge on the discretion of the individual police officer at the time (they may decide that you aren't causing any harm and issue a warning and tell you to keep your pants on, or they may throw the book at you based on their own personal take on the situation) then if it goes to court, similarly with the judge and their take on the situation (one judge could be more "progressive" in their views than another). Either way, the risk of a conviction is there and wouldn't look good on the record. Maybe i'll keep the nude walks for the next Simpson Desert trip ;) (joke)
