VIC Asset dissipation 'add backs'

    In what situation, if any, does the family court consider 'add backs' in calculating an asset pool and subsequent division?

    Short term 3 year de facto relationship with no kids.

    When you refer to 'add backs' do you mean money or assets disposed of by the other party after separation?
