Does a property settlement agreement between the parties of a de facto relationship dated about 6 years ago, afford protection from liquidator accessing the equity in a property that would be otherwise considered as an asset of the de facto who is the director involved in the liquidation?

Protection against what? Do you mean you your ex is director of company that is being liquidated? What is your concern?
