How much am I expecting if I apply for the judicial review over the decision made by the MRT?
What kind of visa will I be having once I lodge the application for judicial review to the federal circuit court?

    Hi Ping Wang,

You need to provide more details about your situation.
    1. What type of visa do you have?
    2. What was the decision of the Tribunal?
    3. Why do you want to appeal it?

The Federal Court has limited jurisdiction (ability) to review the decisions of the Migration Review Tribunal. So please provide as much information as you can so we can try to point you in the right direction.

Before you apply to the Court you should seek the advice of a migration lawyer.
