My visa got refused by the immigration department(ID).AAT also refused my appeal.I lodged application with Federal Circuit Court (FCC) Melbourne.
The responder(Immigration department) has requested the court FCC to discard my case .
My questions :
Should I contact or can I contact FCC to make my position clearer to continue with the hearing next year.Or at this point I cannot provide any further detail .
How long ,on average, it takes for the court to decide whether to dismiss the case on the respondent's request or continue with the hearing .
