I applied for Judicial review of migration decision due to partner visa 820/801 refusal by AAT.
I am now wanting to go offshore and apply from there.
The case is currently past the first hearing which i attended, and immigration lawyer took my signature on consent order for a final hearing listing of 2018.
If i withdraw the case how much am i looking at ?
