Some questions:
1. Are you directly connected to someone involved in this, or are you just a concerned outsider?
2. Where is this taking place? (A social media site, private website, etc)
3. If this is some kind of web site, how does the site describe itself? What does it say it's purpose is?
4. Have you personally witnessed any of this "role playing"?
5. Have you been threatened with action for defamation?
6. Have you been threatened in any other way?

1. I'm not directly connected to the person in anyway since she lives over seas. But we met online via a reading website. But there was an issue between us that happened three years ago .
2. On a reading website.
3. It's to read and write stories.
4. I did see this happen three years ago, but I didn't save any pictures. Now the don't do smut publicly as people have called them out for it. But they did admit to roleplaying smut but apparently with people who are 'older than 18. '
5 and 6. I don't exactly understand the defamation part - but I was impersonated by this one person who acted as me. The website took down their account but the user opened up a new account doing it again, until the website again took their account down.

I asked 5 & 6 because your previous post implied that you accused her of being a paedofile. That got me thinking that you might be here because she threatened action against you for defamation. If that's not the case, then no problem.

I'm not familiar with this type of web site, but I assume there's no video involved? It also sounds like the web site operators themselves are aware of some kind of ongoing problem, as indicated by deleting accounts. Have you raised your concerns with the web site owner?

No, I called her out for her actions and used the word pedophile for doing roleplays / and wanting to rp with younger people or characters too.
But because her followers kept on pushing on about my post and 'asked' me to delete it, I finally decided to delete it under their request if she stopped accusing, speaking badly about me, or speaking out about our past issues to others thus making myself seem like some vile person (just because I speak up for my beliefs and about issues).

No there isn't any video's involved and yes the operators have dealt with it, yet still have not done anything about her account. I'm not saying I want her to go to jail or anything but she proclaims and lies about not doing smut ever.
She sends her followers after me indirectly.
She continues with issues and make it seem like she is the victim in the end.
I have even told them all I want is peace. But it still isn't being dealt with properly.
Half the time I feel as though I'm being persecuted.

But all I wanted to know is whether roleplaying with 13-18 year olds are considered illegal and does it have any links to pedophilia.

Well I guess the only answer anyone can provide on here, is that it really depends on "exactly" what is going on. If the site is only for writing stories, it would be hard to claim grooming, as an element of grooming is an intention to eventually meet in person for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act.

It would hard to expand any further without a full understanding of how the site actually works and examples of what has actually been written. The only thing I can say for sure, is that pretty much anything that includes sexual references of any kind could be classed as pornography - and that includes written content, images or video.

Given that you are in different countries, the only way that I can see to deal with the harassment would be through the site administrators.

And her character (she plays) hasn't ever done such things

I agree with Scruff... All a bit confusing, but as you mentioned 'character', are we taking about some sort of game where people role play through an on line avatar or something? If so I think it would be difficult to establish that a person was grooming unless personal details were obtained and contact was expanded outside the game in some way

Yeah, I know it's confusing. It's just for roleplaying she plays as a character (not as herself) but she does smut with other user's who either a. roleplay as themselves b. roleplay as a character from a sort of fandom or c. as a made up character.
See it's nothing against the characters I have but rather the whole fact that the admins behind one side of the account ages 13-18, while the other user I am talking about is over 30.

Yes the harassment has finally been dealt with thank goodness.
It's sort of hard to get through, you see there are different sorts of roleplaying. Ranges from fluff, to angst, to smut, to other stuff. All written. It isn't seen as anything wrong, it really depends what sort of roleplaying you do, if it's explicit the site takes it down, but if not then it's deemed as fine.
Majority of people on this site roleplay as someone other than themselves, so as characters from movies, books, original characters (made up ones) and so forth.
The woman roleplays as a character from a movie. Other's she has roleplayed as are usually 16+ (the characters they use) but the admins behind the characters range from 13+.
But all I want to know is whether this is seen as a sort of pedophilia act? That roleplaying with a user who is under 18 years old, is illegal?
Everything is written. No videos or photo's exchanged. No contracts either. It's online roleplay.

Well if it's all role playing via an on line avatar/character, how would one know the age or gender of the real person anyway?
