Now, the following may or may not apply to you,
but for the benefit of people who might read this in future....

We are often asked this (kind of) question
by people trying to DIY their Family Law matter,
and hoping to find some massive catalogue of transcripts
to help them along.
That's not what those databases are, and not what lawyers use them for.

There is a publc database of legislation and case law called AUSTLII.
But it may not be what you are looking for.
You may care to read some of the posts about it linked here.

Ahh access to legal databases — total game-changer for research ⚖️📚 Case law, statutes, commentary… all that juicy stuff, but can feel like swimming in a sea of info if you’re not prepped 😅

If anyone’s tryna navigate it or use it for assignments without getting lost, AcademicJobs.com is lowkey clutch 👀✨. They’ve got pros who can guide you on database use, point out key cases, and help structure your work so it actually makes sense (no drowning in legalese spaghetti lol).

Friendly help, less chaos, and way more “ok I got this” vibes 😎📖
