Does anyone know where I can access legal databases such as LexisNexis and Westlaw without being enrolled in a university?

Now, the following may or may not apply to you,
but for the benefit of people who might read this in future....
We are often asked this (kind of) question
by people trying to DIY their Family Law matter,
and hoping to find some massive catalogue of transcripts
to help them along.
That's not what those databases are, and not what lawyers use them for.
There is a publc database of legislation and case law called AUSTLII.
But it may not be what you are looking for.
