Hi,
We have an old property in Queensland which was built to the boundary line, and the neighbour is now refusing access for necessary maintenance and electrical upgrades. The occupant is a tenant (small business). Who is actually responsible for ensuring the access? If we have to apply for a court order, would it be against the tenant or her landlord? Both parties have been copied in to our (respectful) requests, with no result from either.
Appreciate your time.
