Quick question, if you are self repping and you are not getting any response from either the ex or the ex's legal team, where do you stand? Do you just go ahead and file "Application in a case" and "Contraventions" ?
It's plainly obvious by now that they aren't prepared to talk at all. Adn after talking with a few other Dads in the same situation it seems to be the new tactic in Federal Court proceedings that lawyers and their clients are taking.
