I'm currently in the process of lodging my 457 temp skilled work visa for Australia...
I'm a defacto on my partners sponsorship.
2 years ago I was charged with Possession and trafficking of a small amount of ecstasy. I was sentenced to a 3 month good behavioural bond with no conviction or fine.
What are my chances of getting this visa granted and what possibly will show up on my police check.
