We currently have an ongoing case in the courts. After previous final orders case has been reopened and a family report was ordered. We are waiting on a mention in a week and a half to get trial directions. Upon receipt of the family report the other party has then done further crazy stuff in response (was heavily critical of them). How would i get this information in front of the court? Is it a contravention application or is something else more appropriate?

Sorry its a new application under rice vs asplund. Its in the federal circuit court in brisbane (evatt list if that matters)
