Police arrived at midnight to do a curfew check on me, first time in 3 months.

They stated they would mark an occurrence on my bail - What does this mean?
Is this the same as a breach or less serious?

I'm heading to the cop shop soon...would like to know whether I'll be locked back up?

Let us know how you go. I'd think it is a serious breach and could see you back inside.

If a person breaches bail the police can apply for the bail to be revoked. Whether they do depends on the circumstances.
