It will depend on your character not just a conviction with drugs, that is what I meant by your history with the law, and Tony is more aware of this more than I am as I am not a lawyer.

I got a drug diversion for 2x pipes, 1x grinder and 25g. You're fine, you'll get a drug diversion class and a good behaviour bond for 1-12 months
