I think this is not a violation of the law, but of course, you must appeal to a lawyer. He can help you defend your rights and also he will tell you for sure what is the situation. To be honest I can't understand why marijuana is interdicted. I mean I live in Canada and here there is nothing wrong in using it and even though I prefer kratom, I know a lot of people that smoke marijuana, but they live a normal and ordinary life.
